About Rosie Miller
Creating clarity of thought, vision and action are key in all Rosie Miller's work. Through executive and strategic coaching she enables leaders and leadership teams to turn potential into performance. In eleven years as an Executive Coach, Rosie has coached senior individuals and teams in many organisations including Shell, Morgan Stanley, Rolls-Royce, Water UK, Deloittes, iTradeNetwork, TerraFirma Capital Partners, ESB, and AIB.
Clients describe her coaching and facilitation style as warm, positive, insightful and structured. She is also highly regarded as a communicator on topics relating to leadership, transition, enhanced communication and developing your presence and personal impact. She is the author of "Are you a Badger or a Doormat? How to be a leader who gets results" (published August 2009 by FT Prentice Hall). Rosie speaks at a range of seminars and workshops as well as contributing to business newsletters.
Prior to coaching, she held senior roles in the strategic consulting divisions of Ernst and Young, Roland Berger and Partners and Coopers and Lybrand. Her earlier working life in Shell and Conoco gave her direct experience of strategic decision making and commercial negotiation in the energy business.
Rosie is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is an accredited NLP coach and NLP Master Practitioner. She is a Fellow of the RSA and regularly coaches in a number of charities.
