Rosie Miller's Group Coaching is for managers who will be the future leaders of your organisation. It gives this important group of people the opportunity to learn from each other and from Rosie, with her unique mix of business experience and coaching skills. The power of group coaching comes from networking with and learning from a challenging and talented peer group, all focused on the same issues.

Group Coaching is tailored to the needs of your organisation and the group itself, providing insight, training and practical skills in such areas as:

What's Involved?

Typically, each meeting is a mixture of coaching, progress reviews, sharing of ideas and new input tailored to the specific needs of the participants. Goals, success measures and results are identified and tracked. Progress and learning are reviewed against the expectations of individual learners and of the organisation. In general, the group meets monthly, for six months or more.
